Jovan is celebrated poet with a deep passion for the arts!Her poetic journey has seen her collaborate with UNESCO in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), inspiring students through the beauty of poetry. She has also been a key figure in the annual BVI Grand Slam Poetry Competition and has lent her expertise as a judge at the Poetry Slam in Her Majesty's Prison in the BVI.She has performed at Government functions, Curl Fete Guyana (The Caribbean's largest Natural Hair Show and Expo), and numerous open mic events across the world.
